NY Certified Deed Srvcs is not affiliated with any State or Governmental agencies. All information obtained is public record and obtained from third party list providers.

 

CERTIFIED COPIES OF PROPERTY DEEDS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE COUNTY CLERK OFFICE, THE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE MAY CHARGE A SMALL FEE FOR CERTIFIED COPIES OF SUCH  DEEDS,USUALLY BETWEEN TWO AND FOUR DOLLARS A PAGE. SINCE MOST PROPERTY DEEDS ARE BETWEEN TWO AND FIVE PAGES IN LENGTH, A CERTIFIED COPY CAN USUALLY BE OBTAINED FOR BETWEEN FOUR AND TWENTY DOLLARS.

 

DEED ALERT- Is an early property fraud detection program that is offered by NY Certified Deed Srvcs. Deed Alert does not prevent property fraud from happening it simply detects possible fraud by notifying the property owner of any changes made to their property records. Deed Alert charges a fee to homeowners for their Triple Alert Notification. We register the owners property for a document notification alert with the county registrars office. We receive notifications on their behalf and triple notify the client by  telephone, email and postal mail.

 

Cancellation of Deed Alert-

 

Deed Alert can be cancelled at anytime by mailing a written cancellation notice including your name, address, telephone number and reference barcode. Mail refund request to NY Certified Deed Srvcs 14 Bond St. Suite 333 Great Neck NY 11021.

 

Certified Deed Copy Refunds-

Refunds can be requested only for the following reasons:

Client did not receive deed within 30days of order.

Client received an incorrect deed document not pertaining to their order.
